Technical Tip: FortiSandbox cloud option is missing when 'Sandbox Inspection' is enabled

Description
Only 'on-premise' option is enabled when 'Sandbox Inspection' is activated under Security Fabric -> Fabric Connectors.

This article describes how to get FortiSandbox cloud option.

Solution
When 'Sandbox Inspection' is enabled, only 'on-premise' option and not the FortiSandbox cloud is visible, as shown below:

To get the option back, select the region for FortiCloud using the below CLI command (For Global Region):

# execute forticloud-sandbox region
0 Global
1 Europe
2 Japan
3 US

Select cloud Sandbox region[0-3]:0
Cloud Sandbox region is selected: Global

Then log back to the unit and enable 'Sandbox Inspection' to get the option for FortiSandbox Cloud.
