Solution | After upgrading to FortiOS v7.4.11, the FortiGate's 5G modem may fail to connect to the carrier network. The issue is site-specific and not isolated to a particular carrier.
The issue is scheduled for fix in upcoming FortiOS releases v7.4.12, v7.6.7, and v8.0.0, see issue ID #1263001 in FortiOS Release Notes.
