Technical Tip: FortiGate auto logout from FortiCloud after login

Description

This article describes FortiGate auto logout from FortiCloud after login.

Scope

FortiGate-HA.

Solution

When activating FortiCloud from FortiGate, it shows a successful login and logout automatically after a few seconds.

Try logging in from the CLI; it also shows the same result.

This only happens with a FortiGate that is set up in HA.

To activate FortiCloud, follow the method below:

1. Provision both primary and secondary devices from FortiGate Cloud first under Devices and Provisioning -> Provisioning.

2. Activate FortiGate Cloud on the primary FortiGate.
