| Solution | Based on the below document, FortiAnalyzer version 6.2.1 and later has new features to generate reports on Cyber-bullying and social media usage:
This document describes that FortiGate needs to have Application Control profile on firewall policy with Social Media and that Video/Audio should be monitored.
But this setting alone may not be enough. Even though there is Application Control profile assigned, the report may have no data.
It will be necessary to enable Deep SSL Inspection on the firewall policy to inspect more detail of the user traffic and pick up several signs/information related Cyber Bullying and Social Media being used.
