| Solution | When editing the default SSID and configuring for the captive portal, the feature will not be visible.
FortiGate/FortiWiFi lower model device (FortiGate/FortiWiFi-61F/40F series etc.) has an internal radio. The built-in SSID includes an internal radio that does not support the captive portal feature. Create a new SSID and enable the captive portal and assign it to the FortiAccess Point.
