| Solution | Enable FortiGuard Category-based filter and set all actions to Block:
Enable static URL Filter and exempt the below URLs:
Apply the web filter to the appropriate firewall policy and set SSL inspection to deep inspection. Note that the certificate must be installed on the user's browsers.
Accessing other web URLs/categories like google.com will result in access being blocked.
Access to google.com/maps or maps.google.com should work.
