| Solution | A sample error when attempting to create a new VLAN interface:
Make sure that the logged-in user in FortiGate has read/write access to create a VLAN interface: Technical Tip: Configuring admin profiles on the FortiGate for enhanced security and access control
Proceed in creating a VLAN interface in CLI to see if there is any error: VLAN
If there are no errors encountered and able to successfully create a VLAN interface in CLI, proceed in clearing the cache and cookies of the browser. Try accessing the GUI in a different browser too. If both do not work, contact Fortinet Technical Support. |
