This article describes how to add / clone option is disabled while trying to create a new Security Profile.
Solution
For 5.2 and Earlier firmware versions :
Go to Config >> System >> Features >> Show More >> Enable "Multiple Security Profiles" >> Click Apply to SAVE changes.
For 5.4 and Later firmware versions :
Go to System >> Feature Visibility >> Under Additional Features >> Enable "Multiple Security Profiles" >> Click Apply to SAVE changes.
