This article addresses the configuration of a FortiGate unit as a NTP server.
Solution
When you configure system time from the System Information dashboard widget, you can configure the FortiGate unit to be a NTP server. As part of the NTP server configuration, you can select one or more interfaces on which to listen for NTP requests. Among the Fortinet products, only FortiGate can currently be configured as a NTP server.
