To ensure that a Windows server can receive WSUS updates, you need to disable the "Web resume download block" in the protection profile monitoring the traffic for the server. This option is enabled by default when you create a protection profile.

To disable the resume download block

  1. Go to Firewall> Protection Profile.
  2. Select Edit for the profile monitoring server traffic.
  3. Select the blue arrow for Web filtering to expand the options.
  4. Select Web resume download block to clear the option.
  5. Select OK.
