Technical Tip: FortiExtender does not synchronise with NTP server

Description

This article describes the issue when the FortiExtender is in the standalone mode it does not show the correct date and time.

Scope

All FortiExtender.

Solution

To configure the NTP server on the FortiExtender follow the fortiextender_7.4.4 doc.
FortiExtender should be in the local mode :

config system management

(management)# set discovery-type local

(management) <M># config local

(local)# set mode ip-passthrough

end
