These may be displayed during exception creation due to one or number of devices, registered in the system, are reporting unknown OS:
In the most cases this error is displayed due to one or number MacOS collectors, registered in the system, do not support the latest MacOS version. In order to fix the issue upgrade collectors, reporting 'unknown' OS to the latest MacOS collector build. If collectors do not report 'unknown' OS - open support ticket. |
