Technical Tips: No collector popup when malicious event triggered

| Scope | FortiEDR and a collector pop-up message. |
| Solution | When the option 'Show a Pop-up Message for Any Prevention Activity' enables in ADMINISTRATION -> TOOLS page, the collector users see the pop-up message when possible malicious activities detected. However, some of the collectors may not see the pop-up. Because this option supports collectors in Prevention mode only.
To check if a collector is in Prevention mode, please go to SECURITY SETTINGS -> Security Policies (SECURITY SETTINGS -> Security Events -> Security Policies in v5.2) and make sure the collector group is assigned to the policy in Prevention mode.
