| Solution | Once FortiEDR has been purchased and registered, a FortiCare ticket will be created by our Operations team. This normally occurs within one business day.
When provisioning is completed, our Operations team will send you access information to the cloud environment. This can take up to 72 hours.
Note: If the SKU is for an on-premise deployment, ISO files along with instructions for building the environment will be sent to you via email. |
