Technical Tip: Signature Error When Downloading Collector Installer.

| Solution | The custom collector installers are built by Fortinet Cloud Services and sent to the administrator via email as outlined here:
In some cases, when selecting the URL within the email body, a Google storage certificate mismatch error will be received when opening the URL in the browser, like so:
This is a result of the receiving email filtering system and/or mail transfer agent modifying the URL contents. This modification can include adding white spacing or some encoded characters, such as '%20' close to the end of the signature portion of the URL. Once the URL is copied into a notepad, remove this additional whitespace or encoded character which will resolve the mismatch error and allow one to successfully download the collector installer.
Fortinet recommends customers add the email address 'ens-ecs-inst@fortinet.com' to their filtering systems to allow the list to mitigate the chances of the email contents being modified.
