Technical Tip: How to fix the Connector 'Health Check Field!' Error 401 when integrating FortiEDR with FortiSOAR

This article describes how to fix the 'Health Check Field!' error when configuring the Connector between FortiEDR and FortiSOAR.

Scope

FortiEDR, FortiSOAR.

Solution

On FortiSOAR if the API user is not set right, it will show the following error 'Health Check Field!'.

How to fix the error:

Create the API user on FortiEDR, and set the same User Name, First and Last Name:

If the connector was successfully set, the Health Check Status will show 'Completed Successfully':
