Technical Tip: FortiEDR - Installing client on VDI Horizon results in publishing failure.

 ->Install Collector with the VDI switch.
 ->Make sure it is running in the console and green.
 ->Make sure the services are running fine with an Automatic setting
 ->If all is good, open the command prompt as Admin.

    Run this command:

FortiEDRCollectorService.exe --stop --clean

    Note: The —clean remove the agentId from bootstrap.

 ->Shutdown the machine.
 ->Take a snapshot of the procedure.
 ->Push out images.

Note: Start the image again  and follow the process again.

 ->Open command prompt as Admin
 ->Run this command:

 FortiEDRCollectorService.exe --stop --clean

Note: The —clean remove the agentId from bootstrap

 ->Shutdown the machine.
 ->Take a snapshot of the procedure.
 ->Push out images.
