Troubleshooting Tip: Client's Wifi is not able to see the logo on the client's device with Captive portal hosted on FortiPresence

Description This article describes how to troubleshoot the client's Wifi when it is not possible to see the logo on the Captive portal page.
Scope FortiEdgeCloud, FortiPresence.
Solution

If the clients are experiencing a situation where the logo is not seen on the client device when using a captive portal hosted on FortiPresence.

 

Verify if the captive portal page is seen on the client device, but only logo is not seen.

 

Enter the Walled Garden on the SSID on FortiEdgeCloud:

Log in to FortiEdge Cloud -> Navigate to SSID -> Edit SSID -> Walled Garden -> Enter the below FQDN -> Submit.
