Solution

This article explains the time span for which logging information is saved on FortiEdge Cloud, with or without the FortiEdge Cloud Management license. 

 

  • The duration for which system logging information is retained in FortiEdge Cloud depends entirely on the licenses. Details are provided below:
    • Without License --> The system logs are retained for 7 days.
    • With Active License --> The system logs are retained for 365 days/1 year.
    • With expired license --> The system logs are retained for 7 days.
