Technical Tip: How to collect backend diagnose information using CLI

1. Use the built-in CLI from the FortiDeceptor web UI:
2. Type in:

diagnose collect enable

3. Try to reproduce the issue to debug on FortiDeceptor; the backend will collect diagnosis information automatically.
4. Download the diagnose package from the menu. Below is for v5.x and v6.0.x:

5. Turn off the feature by using the command: 'diagnose collect disable'.

Notes:

• Before enabling the diagnostic, reproduce the issue first, then directly enable the diagnostic. 
• The diagnostic package is encrypted. Only TAC and product teams can decrypt it for advanced troubleshooting.
