Technical Tip: How to double-compresses the debug file F-series

Description

This article describes how to double-compress the big debug file in the F series to provide more information to TAC when creating a new case.

Scope

FortiDDoS-F only before v7.2.0.

Solution

Use the 7-Zip application or tool to double-zip zip log file. After this, it will be easier to attach it directly to the cases or send it by mail.

Send logs to TAC. The logs are not affected, and it is easier to send the requested logs from a smaller file.
