Description This article explains the FortiDAST portal showing 'ASSETS FULL'.
Scope FortiDAST.
Solution

FortiDAST portal shows an error of 'ASSETS FULL'. In that case, no more than 1 Asset can be added.

This happens regardless of the contract saying 100 IP/FQDN:

The reason for this is that the type of license is an EVAL license. So if the EVAL license is being shown, the contract will show 100 FQDN/IP, but only 1 FQDN/IP can be scanned. After tha,t the error will show as ASSETS FULL.

 

Note: If the License type is not an Eval license, and the same issue is still happening while the assets are still available, then reach out to Support for further help.
