Solution
FortiCWP uses policies for two purposes:
- Scans and reports use policies set to differentiate between sensitive and non-sensitive data.
- Alerts are generated depending on the policies set.
For Risk Assessment Policy: it scans every 20 minutes.
For Network Policy: it scans every 1 hour.
For other policies, it is activity triggered, once the activity happened.
The policy scan will be triggered for integration Policy: it scan every 1 hour.
