Description
This article explains how to avoid a FortiVoice Cloud deployment failure after registering the FortiVoice Cloud license with FortiCare Asset Management.
Solution
After registering the FortiVoice Cloud license with FortiCare Asset Management,  wait one hour before deploying a FortiVoice Cloud instance. 
During this time, the FortiVoice Cloud team will get the licenses ready to deploy a FortiVoice Cloud instance.

If an attempt to deploy a FortiVoice Cloud instance was made before the one-hour period, wait until the hour expires and try to deploy again.

To monitor the FortiVoice Cloud deployment tasks

1) Log in to FortiVoice Cloud.
2) Select Message Center .

3) Select Pending Tasks and review the task list.

4) Select Completed Tasks and review the task list.

5) Select X to close the window.
