Technical Tip: How to configure URL click tracking for custom template in FortiPhish

Add new email template as below:

Edit the Link and add the variable: {{tracking_click_link}}

The {{tracking_click_link}} variable will be replaced with a URL that leads to the FortiPhish Server.

This URL includes a unique identifier allowing us to track which recipient clicked on the link. No personal or organizational information is embedded in this URL.

The redirection behavior after selecting the link depends on the campaign's configuration:

Launch a new campaign. Once the recipient selects the URL, it will be tracked by the FortiPhish portal.
