Solution
This error appears because as of March 29, 2020, the FortiExtender Cloud free tier licenses are no longer offered.This service allowed to register and manage 3 FortiExtenders, free of charge, in FortiExtender Cloud.The units that have been managed for free previously will continue to work with their last uploaded configurations.
