Solution
1) Uninstall the FortiClient with FortiClient removal tool
2) Restart the computer
3) Remove the Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Fortinet\Forticlient
4) Install the FortiClient 5.4.2
5) Test the communication
