| Solution | Sometimes, when connecting to an IPSec VPN by using SAML authentication on an iOS device, it shows the error 'Unable to get host and port for gateway 0'.
This is usually caused by no SAML port is defined in the assigned IPSec VPN profile. Go to EMS -> Endpoint Profiles -> Remote Access, select the assigned profile, edit the tunnel that is being used and select the Advanced Settings. Confirm that the SAML port is defined here.
