Troubleshooting Tip: How to fix the issue of FortiClient EMS upgrade failure with error '0x86430003'

When upgrading FortiClient EMS to 7.2.7+ failed, in the FortiClient EMS log, the following error shows up.

This is caused by the FortiClient EMS SQL Server Cumulative update installation failing. To fix this issue, download and install CU updates manually from the link below:
SQL Server® 2022 for Microsoft® Windows Latest Cumulative Update

After the above, reboot the FortiClient EMS server, followed by 'right-clicking' the upgrade package and running it as admin to upgrade FortiClient EMS again.
