Troubleshooting Tip: FortiClient Endpoint status not updating in EMS

| Solution | In some scenarios, FortiClient endpoints may appear online, on-fabric, and the telemetry is connected on the endpoint itself, while the same endpoint is displayed as offline(Away), off fabric, and not managed in FortiClient EMS.
This indicates that the status from the endpoint is not being synchronized with the FortiClient EMS server.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Return to FortiClient EMS and check the endpoint list. Endpoint statuses should now update correctly.
