Troubleshooting Tip: Endpoint Profiles function is disabled on the FortiClient

Description This article describes how to enable the Endpoint Profiles function on the FortiClient.
Scope FortiClient, FortiClient EMS.
Solution
  1. After the Centrally Managed by EMS status shows Connected, only a few functions show on FortiClient (ZERO TRUST TELEMETRY and REMOTE ACCESS).

  1. It shows the user is controlled by the Default policy in the FortiClient EMS GUI.

  1. The 'Eye' icon of the ZTNA Destinations of the default policy is gray.

  1. Select the 'Eye' icon of the ZTNA Destinations.
