Technical Tip: Where to find the FortiClient version, serial number, UID number and registry for GPO install
Description
This article describes that when contacting the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to troubleshoot installation and FortiGuard subscription services, users may be asked for the FortiClient version, serial number, Unique Identifier (UID) number, and registry for GPO install.

FortiClient.
Solution
To get the FortiClient version and serial number, go to FortiClient Console -> General -> Status page. To get the UID number, go to FortiClient Console -> Maintenance -> Update.
