Technical Tip: VPN profile is not saved after initial config with VPN-only version

| Solution | After configuring and saving the VPN profile for the first time, FortiClient redirects to the setup page instead of showing the VPN connection.
This happens because FortiClient is not opened as an administrator. Unlock the application by selecting the padlock icon in the top-right corner, and the VPN profile will be visible.
In addition, closing the FortiClient application once it redirects to the setup page after configuration, then opening it again, will show the VPN connection page. |
