Solution
FortiClient EMS exclusions supports the following system variables when defining exclusions:
%allusersprofile% (Represents C:\ProgramData)%appdata% (C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming)%localappdata% (C:\Users\ Username\AppData\Local)%systemroot% (C:\Windows)%systemdrive% (C:\)%userprofile% (Username)%windir% (C:\Windows)
For example:
C:\Users\Fortinet\Documents Can be defined as '%userprofile%\ Documents'.
