Technical Tip: Identifying FortiClient EMS Cloud instance public IP

Description

This article describes how to identify the FortiClient EMS Cloud instance's public IP.

Scope

 FortiClient EMS Cloud v7.2 and v7.4 onwards.

Solution

1. Log in to FortiClient Cloud.
   
   

2. In the dashboard, select the menu icon at the bottom right of the screen.
   
   

3. Select the 'About' tab.
   It will display the FortiClient EMS Cloud instance public IP information, as well as the Data Center location.
