Technical Tip: How to pre-configure VPN settings in endpoint profile and push it to endpoints

Description This article describes how to pre-configure VPN settings in an endpoint profile and push it to endpoints from the EMS Server.
Scope FortiClient v6.x,v7.2.x,v7.4.x and above.
Solution
  1.  Go to FortiClient EMS-Server -> Endpoint Profiles -> Remote Access -> VPN Tunnels.
  2.  Add Tunnel', as shown below:

Insert the IPsec or SSL VPN configuration to configure endpoints, as shown below:

Go to Manage Policies, choose the group(where is the test endpoint/PC) to assign the new profile Remote Access/VPN Profile, and select 'Save', as shown below:
