Technical Tip: How to manually download Hotfix for FortiClient EMS versions 7.4.5/7.4.6

Description

This article outlines the process for manually downloading the hotfix for CVE-2026-35616 from the Fortinet Support Portal.

Scope

FortiClient EMS.

Solution

3. Select the Product: FortiClient EMS.

4. Then go to the Download tab.

For version 7.4.5:
Go to: Download -> v7.0.0 -> 7.4 -> 7.4.5.

Locate the file: forticlientems_7.4.5.2111_1277073.zip.

For version 7.4.6:
Go to: Download -> v7.0.0 -> 7.4 -> 7.4.6.
Locate the file: forticlientems_7.4.6.2170_1277073.zip.

Upload the file to a server that is reachable via SCP or SFTP.
