This article shows how to use the GUI to deregister FortiClient from a FortiGate.
This may use in a case such as when an employee moves from one department to another one and no longer need their PC connected to the FortiGate.

Solution
From the GUI, under Monitor > FortiClient select the PC to be unregistered or blocked. Right-click and select the appropriate action of either 'Block' to prevent FortiClient from connecting or 'Unregister' to de-register.
