Technical Tip: Google Domain configuration is not working

| Solution | To configure Google domain configuration EMS server documentation should be followed.
If the Google domain configuration has been deleted/readded for some reason.
The following error message could be seen.
The File name should be renamed from custom_service_account.pem to Default_custom_service_account.pem.
   Once it is done, the configuration needs to be saved one more time to trigger the sync. If there are still observed issues after the provided steps, a support ticket can be created to troubleshoot further details. |
