Technical Tip: FortiClient Installer creating in airgap network on FortiClient EMS

From 7.4, Forticlient EMS requires additional steps to create Forticlient installer and requires a TAC ticket.

Below are the steps to create a FortiClient installer:

1. Login to EMS, select FortiClient Installer, and select Add.

2. Select More options -> select 'This EMS has no internet connection', and enter a Release and Patch (the build number is optional).

   Note: please enter the version number if it is not available from the drop down due to air gap setup" 

3. Select the required Security features.

4. Add the Invitation and add the required fields.

5. If the Invitation code is not created, select 'create one here' and then select Yes.

6. Create an Invitation code:

7. Select the invitation code previously created -> select 'Next' and then download the .json file.

8. Raise a TAC ticket and attach the json file. The TAC team will provide a package installer.
