This article describes when endpoints rebooted, EMS shows the Connection (managed by EMS) as Offline until user log into endpoints.
Solution
This behaviour is expected when option ‘Log off' When User Logs out of Windows in Endpoint Profiles -> Profile -> System Settings -> Endpoint Control in EMS is enbaled.When this option is disabled, the status Online even after endpoints rebooted will be visible.
