Solution
To use certificates on e-Token on FortiClinet Mac, it needs:
- OpenSC
- Safenet 10.2.100
- FortiClient
Deleted all Safenet and Fortinet applications.
Cleared catalogs /Library/Application Support (Forti and safenet folders) and reboot.
Install OpenSC.

Deleted all Safenet and Fortinet applications.
Cleared catalogs /Library/Application Support (Forti and safenet folders) and reboot.
Install OpenSC.
In case that there is security warning, allow the application from 'Security&Privacy'.
Install Safenet 10.2.100.
Install FortiClient.
Check the privileges of the FortiClient.
Ensure that you add e-Token.
Check the certificate in Safenet too.
Check MAC keychain.
Test with FortiClient.
