This article provides a solution for the situation where FortiClient Installers for Windows and Mac are missing in the FortiGate GUI.

Solution
The FortiClient installers for Windows and Mac can be downloaded from the the FortiGate Dashbord. However this is possible only when the FortiGate is configured to listen to FortiClient connections. This configuration is done from the CLI console with the following commands:
Once the configuration has been completed, the FortiClient Installers for Windows and Mac should be available for download in the License Information widget.
#config system interfacewhere <interface name> is the interface to which the FortiClient is going to connect.
#edit <interface Name>
#set listen-forticlient-connection enable
#end.
