Troubleshooting Tip: User Inventory widget on dashboard is not displaying the information

This article describes why user inventory widget on FortiAuthenticator is not displaying the information.

FortiAuthenticator 6.4.4.

If internet access towards ftc.fortinet.com:8686 is blocked on the firewall, the FortiAuthenticator User Inventory widget will not load, but will spin indefinitely.

Upgrade FortiAuthenticator to 6.4.5 version or allow Internet access for ftc.fortinet.com:8686 on the firewall.
