| Solution | On FortiAuthenticator v6.5.5 (working as Identity Provider) to third-party (Service Provider) using SAML authentication, there is an issue with the time format value.
The following logs are displayed when the issue happens:
Cannot handle SAML assertion request: invalid information (time data '2025-07-26T13:09:27-06:00' does not match format '%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%SZ')
This issue has been tracked on Bug ID 1192379. The fix is scheduled for v6.6.7 and v8.0.0 of FortiAuthenticator. |
