This article describes how to find firmware for an AWS instance from the support portal.

Scope

FortiAuthenticator-AWS.

Solution

While downloading firmware for an AWS instance from the support portal under Downloads/Firmware Images, the filename does not indicate 'aws' as it does for FortiOS.

For example: 'FAC_VM_XEN-v6-build0xxx-FORTINET.out'.

For FortiAuthenticator, it would be with the filename 'xen' image, which has to be downloaded and installed as per Upgrading FortiAuthenticator firmware.
