Description This article describes the typical circumstances behind the 'Logs FortiToken transfer events'.
Scope FortiAuthenticator.
Solution

Event ID 10110 describes that the FortiAuthenticator detected an event related to the FortiToken transfer failure.

This Event ID only displays when the FortiToken transfer is failed. A successful transfer will not generate this log ID.

 

The sample system event message(s) will be looked like below:

 

  1. When the transfer is failed due to a configuration issue: 

 

date=2025-03-04 time=12:50:25+0000 oid=1336682 logid=10110 cat="Event" subcat="Admin Configuration" level="error" nas="" action="" status="" msg="Failed to complete token transfer:{'all': 'FortiToken Mobile transfer feature is not enabled. You can enable it in [Authentication] -> [Tokens] '};" user=""

 

  1. When the transfer is failed due to a timeout issue:
