Technical Tip: Remote Sync rule with specific LDAP user mapping attribute

This article describes Remote User Sync rule that will use different LDAP user mapping attribute for importing users with mobile numbers.

To use user mapping attribute for mobile number 'extensionAttribute10', It is possible to process this way.

Under the Authentication > User Management -> Remote User Sync Rules and select 'Create new':

Then in Windows Active Directory -> UserX -> Attribute Editor ->  extensionAttribute10, enter a mobile number in format +[international_number].

After that, manually or automatically sync Remote User Sync Rule. It is possible to see under the Remote LDAP User settings mobile number that we specified in the Active Directory.
