Workaround:

Under Administration -> Replacement messages, modify the 'FortiToken Mobile Activation SMS Message' replacement message to a shorter string.

  • Default message:

  • Example of modified message on reducing character:

'Hello john, your FortiToken Mobile FTK2000612345ABC activation code is "7AVK3BUGQTMZOJAB" (expires Wed, Sep 09, 2015 15:30 PST).'
