| Solution | During export users in the FortiAuthenticator GUI, a 500 Internal Server error can appear.
Download GUI logs from this path: FortiAuthenticator IP address/debug -> Log Categories -> Others -> GUI.
If this error message is visible, contact TAC support for further troubleshooting:

This issue appears because the file permission for /var/tmp/ldapusers.csv is incorrect.
